with the 2006 Ohio State football team. As most of you should know, tOSU came out with a win after a sloppy yet highlighted performance against Penn State last week. Then this past weekend Ohio State dominated Iowa, away, in a harsh environment. We have pretty much passed all the major tests we expected to see this season with what should be a clear road till the Michigan game.
We have an insanely powered and deep offense, that, as far as I can see, can only be stopped by injury, and even then to only one or two key players *knock on wood*. Our defense is talented, built, and gaining marked experience each week. I’m still waiting for Laurinaitis jerseys to go on sale. The thing I love best about our team is the attitude. Troy is practically Tressel Jr. in how he handles himself during interviews, and our whole team is calm, cool and focused on the team during every second of play. Each game we recognize where we can get better and never talk about how good we were. The players and coaches leave that to the fans and press. BE HUMBLE!! And it’s working!
I was all set on Sunday morning to write a post about how this is an amazing time to be a Buckeye/Bengal fan, but unfortunately the Bengals had to go and play like crap against the Patriots to produce an L. Oh well, you can’t have it all. I was also set to talk about my first complete season of fantasy baseball, and how I won the league after leading after the entire post all-star break. But another player squeaked by me on the last day to claim First place. So…. needless to say, I’m not in the mood to talk about that.
Bree’s in town this week and my Brother is coming up for the Bowling Green/OSU game this weekend. Here’s the link to pics from tOSU/Penn State game. Our seats are actually pretty decent for being in the South Stands. Hopefully I’ll catch some good touchdown shots as the season continues.
I also love Kate
