IPTV

So for those of you that don’t know up to the minute tech/web news, ABC has released a beta version of streaming their shows online. Check it out here. I am very excited that ABC is taking the first steps of IPTV. They did a very good job of preserving the quality and allowing you to skip around the episode, while still keeping the ad support that is needed in order to keep the service free. I know CBS is releasing something similar very soon and I can’t wait for all this to heat up. I probably won’t use it much as I normally just download the High-Def versions, but I know it is something that my parents or those who don’t know how to navigate the web very well would love to use.
